These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and l999 ("l999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the l999 platform, including all games, features, content, and services accessible at https://l999.bio (the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
l999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Use of the l999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period of use:
l999 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, or address at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be verified to l999's satisfaction.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each User may register and maintain only one (1) account on the l999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual for any purpose, including circumventing bonus restrictions or account limits, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan. You must promptly update your account information if it changes.
3.3 KYC Verification. l999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud requirements. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. l999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify l999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. l999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20). Accepted methods are subject to change at l999's discretion.
4.2 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. USDT transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless a specific payment method specifies a different minimum. l999 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
4.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. l999 targets processing of JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within one to two (1–2) hours for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted within one to three (1–3) business days. These are target timeframes, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party payment processor delays. l999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
4.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment processor rules and l999's AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations.
4.6 Third-Party Payments. You may not deposit funds using a payment method registered in the name of a third party, nor may you request that winnings be transferred to a third-party account. Deposits or withdrawals involving third-party accounts will be voided and may result in account suspension.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are communicated at the time each offer is presented. General bonus terms include but are not limited to:
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the l999 Platform is governed by specific rules displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a bet. l999 shall not be liable for losses arising from a User's failure to understand game rules.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or game malfunction, l999 reserves the right to void any affected bets or wagers. Where a malfunction is identified after settlement, l999 may reverse or adjust the outcome of affected rounds. l999's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Disconnection. l999 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnections or connectivity issues on the User's side during gameplay. Where disconnection affects the outcome of a live dealer round, the result as recorded by the live dealer studio will be deemed final.
6.4 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. l999 reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the l999 Platform:
l999 reserves the right to terminate any account, void all associated bets, and report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities, without prior notice.
All content on the l999 Platform, including but not limited to software, games, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and the overall design and layout, is the exclusive intellectual property of l999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from l999.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, l999, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
9.2 l999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. l999 shall not be liable for any losses, including missed betting opportunities, arising from platform downtime.
9.3 Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited into your l999 account through the normal course of play. l999 shall not be liable for any gambling losses sustained on the Platform.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude l999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
l999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. Users may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders from within their account settings. Cooling-off periods and full self-exclusion options are also available. 11.1 User-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your l999 account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to completion of KYC requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist, will be refunded to your verified payment method.
11.2 l999-Initiated Termination. l999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or any conduct that l999 considers harmful to the Platform or other users. In such cases, l999 may withhold balances pending investigation.
11.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. l999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts with a positive balance, as specified in the fee schedule, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
l999 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, l999 will notify Users via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address. The updated Terms will indicate the effective date of the revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to l999's customer support team for resolution. l999 aims to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, the parties agree to seek resolution through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.
